The soft, melt-in-the-mouth texture releases a very well-judged flavour, rich with tasty pork, well-balanced seasoning and delicious offal, that adds complexity and balance to this very well-made paté.

What a delight to taste this reworking of a fast-food favourite, and done so well. The balance of fat-to-meat delivers a succulent eat, and the seasoning is really well balanced.

We loved the evident fennel and the ingredients worked well on the palate to balance each other. The sweetness of the meat shone through and was perfectly balanced with the seasoning.

The light smoke mixed with the pork creates an enticing sweetness on the nose. It has a fine and tender grain and is extremely juicy, popping smoky pork around the mouth.
