Fowlescombe Farm Beef and Smoked Garlic Salami, organic
This is something quite special – a beef salami made from organic beef raised on our own farm.
It’s simply flavoured with smoked garlic, salt and pepper and a little organic pork fat for a soft, yielding texture. We smoke the garlic ourselves naturally over beech and apple wood. Delicious.
The beef comes from pedigree English Longhorn and Beef Shorthorn cattle, raised on Fowlescombe Farm in Devon. The farm is Pasture-for-Life certified, meaning the cattle eat grass and silage exclusively, with no cereal supplements. This allow these historic breeds to grow slowly and naturally, producing beef of exceptional quality.

As part of a platter, this salami pairs well with goats cheese, prunes, sweet pickled peppers and cornichon. Alternatively serve on its own with a glass of meaty red wine.
