Fowlescombe Farm Pork and Fennel Salami, organic
Our pork and fennel salami is traditionally made in the style of an Italian Finocchiona salami. This salami has a lovely, long-lasting flavour in which the fennel compliments the sweetness of the pork.
The pork is from organically-certified Oxford Sandy and Black pigs raised on our farm at Fowlescombe in South Devon. Here pigs live a healthy, free-range life in the woodlands, foraging and picking up plenty of wild plant foods as they root around.
Serve at room temperature.

Slice thinly, bring to room temperature and enjoy as a starter with your favourite tipple. This salami pairs very well with a crisp white wine, a medium cider or Fino sherry.
As part of a platter this salami goes very well with strong cheddar cheese, a walnut and celery salad topped with a sweet mustard dressing.
Fennel salami also makes for an excellent pizza topping.

We deliver nationwide Tuesday-Saturday. Please note we do not deliver at weekends or on Bank Holidays.
Place your order before 11am to qualify for next day delivery. Orders placed after 11am will be dispatched the following day for overnight delivery.
