All our chef’s ingredients are made using very special cuts of British pork, simply prepared by hand to develop their natural flavour.

R&P ’Nduja

A soft and spicy spreadable salami that enriches sauces and melts on anything.

Made using carefully selected cuts of British pork, finely minced and packed into natural casings. Beautiful texture and a rich, well-matured flavour enhanced by natural smoking over beech wood.

Low in nitrates and high in natural flavour.

R&P Chorizo

A smoky chorizo delivering a beautifully balanced spicy kick that enhances the flavour without overwhelming it.   A rich, mouth-coating texture and deep, smoky aromas layered with sweet paprika and a hint of garlic.

Suitable for cooking, to add flavour to dishes such as chickpeas, potatoes or stews. Also delicious sliced and eaten cold.

R&P Lardo

A fantastic ingredient in the kitchen, Lardo adds depth to many dishes.

We’ve buried our lardo in salt and matured it for months, so it’s firm, aromatic, and delicately seasoned, with a melt-in-the-mouth delicacy with remarkable depth of flavour.

Made from British pork cheek, cured, fermented and matured for up to three months. A truly delicate flavour with melt-in the mouth texture.
