We are fast becoming the brand that ethical customers think of when looking to buy meat products they can feel good about. We work to minimise negative impact on the world around us and our customers appreciate and support this.
We make award-winning products that not only taste great but support good animal husbandry, regenerative farming practises and environmental improvements.
To achieve this, we need a motivated, positive community of people who support one another. See our current vacancies here
In Devon, we work from a modern charcuterie barn on our organic farm near Ugborough, just off the A38. The farm shows the way we believe the land should be farmed, adopting regenerative farming practices that improve soil health, enhance wildlife habitat and reduce carbon. The setting, with views over Dartmoor and to the coast, is stunning.
We expect soon to open a second unit near Heathrow to give us more capacity as we expand our operations.
As an artisan food producer, people are at the heart of what we do.
We support our people with an excellent package of benefits which include:
When I started working at R&P I didn’t know much about the products or charcuterie. To be honest, I applied for the role because the commute was short.
I really like the team here and I like that I’ve learned so much since joining the company. I now know enough to be able to teach new starters when they join.
I like the peace and quiet on the farm. I know I can expand and grow my career at R&P as I’ve still got lots to learn.
Favourite product – Tempus House Salami
I’m enjoying working at R&P as a trained Butcher.
I’ve worked with meat for many years but I’ve not made salamis before. It’s great to be given time to train and learn new processes. Some companies just chuck you in at the deep end.
I feel trusted and not micro-managed and that’s great too.
Being able to try the products every week and buy them at a decent price is great. It’s also pretty amazing to be able to watch the wildlife on the farm while taking breaks. I see buzzards and kestrels regularly.
Favourite product – Bresaola
