Exceptional charcuterie from Fowlescombe Farm, where soil health, biodiversity, animal welfare and meat quality are at the heart of everything.

Fowlescombe Farm Beef Bresaola

Made from English Longhorn and Beef Shorthorn cattle raised at Fowlescombe Farm.  These animals grow slowly and naturally, feeding entirely on grass grown on the farm, to produce incredible beef with rich flavour.

To ensure we enhance rather than overpower the flavour of the meat, our beef bresaola is simply and lightly cured with rosemary and air-dried for a minimum of 3 months.

A delicate, melt-in-the-mouth product with excellent length and depth of flavour and a dense but incredibly tender bite.

Fowlescombe Farm Beef and Pork Salami

A very special beef salami made from English Longhorn and Beef Shorthorn cattle raised on our own farm at Fowlescombe in South Devon.  We add a little outdoor-reared pork, also carefully selected for flavour, to give a luxurious texture.

Expect a great wine colour, decadent beefiness and the perfect balance of tender meat and soft, yielding fat.
