To release their full-on flavour, we recommend simmering in a pan with 1cm of water and a knob of butter, turning frequently until the water evaporates.
How we make them
We make all our frankfurters by hand, the traditional way.
We chop our meat finely to give each frankfurter its classic smooth texture, then lightly season with natural herbs and spices, before putting it into natural casings. The frankfurters are then smoked gently over beech wood to give a delicate, well-rounded flavour.
All our ingredients are completely natural, with 95% meat and free from artificial additives, preservatives or emulsifiers.
