Join our team

We're currently looking for energetic people to join our fast-growing business in Devon and West London.

Current opportunities at Rare & Pasture

We’re building a business around a simple idea: better meat, produced with care and clarity at every stage. From farm to finished product, every part of the process matters, and the people behind it matter just as much.

Our work brings together farming, butchery, curing and distribution. It requires attention to detail, consistency and a shared understanding of what quality looks like, both in the product and in how we operate day to day.

We’re looking for people who take pride in their work, who are motivated by standards, and who want to be part of a business shaping a more considered approach to meat production.

Where we work

Locations

Two bases, one system. From farm to finished product, each site plays a role in how we operate, maintaining quality, consistency and control at every stage.

Rare & Pasture, Devon

Devon

In Devon, we operate from a modern charcuterie barn on our organic farm near Ugborough, just off the A38. This is where our approach begins, working with farms that prioritise animal welfare, soil health and long-term stewardship. The landscape shapes the product, and the process is designed to support the quality of the meat at every stage.

Rare & Pasture Facilities, Heathrow

Heathrow (Heston)

In West London, our Heston site brings butchery and distribution together under one roof. This is where product is prepared, finished and dispatched to retailers and wholesale partners across the country. It allows us to operate with precision and consistency at scale, while maintaining the standards set at source.
