We smoke our frankfurters slowly over beech wood, building flavour naturally.  No nitrates.  No emulsifiers. No shortcuts.  Just meat from the bone, finely chopped and lightly smoked.

British beef lightly seasoned with natural herbs and spices, then smoked gently over beech wood. The result is a truly delicious and juicy sausage free from artificial preservatives, flavourings and nitrates.

PORK FRANKFURTER

Our pork frankfurters are so different to the hot dogs you find in jars, which typically contain 40% meat, triphosphate, nitrates and sulphites. Just outdoor-reared British pork with natural spices and a lick of smoke from beech wood.
