R&P 'NDUJA
A soft and spicy spreadable salami that enriches sauces and melts on anything. Beautiful texture and a rich, well-matured flavour enhanced by natural smoking over beech wood.
Made on our farm in Devon using carefully selected cuts of British pork, finely minced and packed into natural casings. The pork is raised by British farmers who provide the space, diet and time for their pigs to thrive.
Low in nitrates and high in natural flavour.
Pork (80%), Chilli Paste (14%) (Red Hot Pepper, Garlic, Coriander, Caraway, Salt, Preservative : Citric Acid), Salt, Spices (Paprika,Garlic Powder, Cayenne Pepper, White Pepper, Mace), Dextrose, Chilli Powder, Spices, Preservative : Sodium Nitrite.
Ready to eat
