R&P Country Pate
A traditional French recipe made from British outdoor-reared pork and pork liver, with well-balanced seasoning and finished with thyme.
The meat is mixed and cooked so that it remains textured, but is still spreadable across your favourite sourdough toast.
Gluten free.
Currently available to business/trade customers only as a 500g whole piece.
British Pork (68%), British Pork Liver, Salt, Seasonings (Mace, Ginger, Garlic, White Pepper), Thyme, Sea Buckthorn, Preservative: Sodium Nitrite (E250).
Keep refrigerated below 5°C and bring to room temperature before serving.
Once opened, consume within 3 days.


A more sustainable way of thinking about meat
Offal is a forgotten treasure in the UK, often wasted, put into garden fertiliser or made into pet food. We take these highly nutritious cuts seriously and wanted to make a paté using the liver from the beautiful pork used in our other products.
By using the whole pig, from nose to tail, we make the animal go further in our food chain – a more sustainable way of thinking about meat.
All our pork is outdoor-reared, raised by British farmers who provide the space, diet and time for their pigs to thrive.
