R&P Reserve Pork Salami

A straight up, no messing, aged salami, made on our farm in Devon using world-renowned Iberian pork.
   
A classic fermented flavour with a background of pepper and garlic, designed to showcase superb quality meat.

The pork is outdoor-reared in Britain by farmers who provide the space, diet and time for this very special breed of pig to thrive.

Available as a whole piece or sliced in 200g and 60g packs.

Pork (135g pork used in 100g of finished product), salt, dextrose, white pepper, garlic powder, spices, preservative: sodium nitrite.

Ready to Eat. Best enjoyed at room temperature.
 
Warm sourdough or focaccia will soak up the fat perfectly.
Serve with a side of pickled walnuts or figs to complement the sweetness in the salami.

Made from beef sourced from our regenerative farming community, with the addition of British pork for a soft, yielding texture. Expect a deep, savoury flavour from the beef complemented by sweetness from the pork.

A salami to showcase the quality of British pork. The sweetness of the pork is complemented by the delicate fragrance of fennel for unforgettable, long-lasting flavour.

Made on our farm in Devon using outdoor-reared pork raised by British farmers who provide the space, diet and time for their pigs to thrive.

Superb alone, but also perfect with cheese or as a pizza topping.
